NObama

It simply amazes me that Obamabots (including those writing in the media) continue to believe the nonsense that Barack "doesn't want this campaign to be about race."

Who are we fooling here? Are they desperately trying to make themselves believe this? Surely they must realize that those of us outside the cult aren't buying this

In today's Washington Post, Peter Beinart writes:

Barack Obama has a problem. He really, really doesn't want this
campaign to be about race. He wants it to be about change, President
Bush, the economy, gas prices, Iraq, Afghanistan -- almost anything
else. But it is going to be about race, at least in part. That's the
lesson of recent weeks, when the McCain campaign brought up race (on
the pretext that Obama had brought it up first). The Obama campaign
tried desperately to change the subject but couldn't. Once the chum was
in the water, the media sharks went wild.

Obama should take that as a warning. Race will be central to this
campaign because McCain needs it to be. He simply doesn't have many
other cards to play.

Where to start?

Obama made this campaign about race long before McCain clinched the GOP nomination, and the evidence is well-documented on my blog.

Furthermore, McCain has built a long-term career in the U.S. Senate. Whether one agrees with it or not, John McCain has a record. He is certainly not the candidate who has no "other cards to play." That dubious honor goes to the very-junior Senator of less than one-term from the State of Illinois.

You know, the one with little to no experience.

The one who sat in Jeremiah Wright's race-baiting church for 20 years.

The Anointed One who played the race card over and over and over again against Hillary Clinton in the primaries.

The One who has his supporters convinced he doesn't want to make this campaign about race.

Most of us already know from numerous sources (including The Anointed One himself) that Barack Obama has close familial ties in Kansas, Kenya, Hawaii, and Indonesia.

What is not so well known is whether or not the Presidential candidate is a natural born citizen of the United States, or whether or not he holds dual citizenship (as an American and Indonesia and/or Kenya). Is it Constitutional for a President of the United States to hold dual citizenship?

DOES ANYONE CARE?

After reading the story posted here this morning about anti-Semitic material on Barack Obama’s official website, I took the suggestion of a member of the Hillary Clinton Forum, who wondered how long it would last if one of us went to MyBarackObama.com and posted pro-Hillary material? (Remember, some anti-Semitic material has been on his site since March…see screen shot that was taken just this morning).

At 12:01 p.m. (CDT) I posted back on the HRC board that I would give it a try.

Ten minutes later, my post was already gone. In that 10 minutes, I had to create an account, sign in, upload an avatar and write a blog post (copied and pasted from here). All in all, the post could not have lasted all of that 10 minutes, since the preliminary steps had to take at least a minute or two of that time.

If they can quickly remove a post that is less than favorable to Obama in less than 10 minutes, what is their excuse for allowing anti-Semitic material to stay on the site for over 4 months?

Whine-flavored Kool-aidWow, McCain's new ad must be getting the O-bots a little worried. There's a whole lot of whining going on, and chastising McCain for not staying above the fray as he promised to do.

So let's see if I have this straight about how the political process is supposed to work in the mind of the average Obamabot political newbie: The Anointed One's opponents must receive all of the attacks, through surrogates (once in a while) or through the media (hourly). Obama gets to pretend to keep his own hands clean as so many others do the dirty work for him. As an added bonus, certain attacks allow him to make a new scripted speech once in awhile, and to throw another supporter/surrogate under the very crowded bus.

God forbid that The Anointed One's opponents decide they're just not going to take it sitting down anymore. Heaven help them if they answer back to any of the attacks levied on them day after day after day, or to make one of their own. Obamabots must think the rules of civility must remain one-sided; The Anointed One is supposed to receive only bouquets of flowers from his opponents (everyone MUST love and obey!), while all of his friends continue to throw sucker punches at the opponents.

McCain's new ad, "Celeb", is the reason for all the whining today and it must be working very well if the level of howling is any indication. The Obots haven't thrown a fit like this since Hillary's campaign ran the "3 a.m." ad, which also hit a home run in my opinion.

Good for you, and keep it up, Mac! This isn't a tea party; this is a political fight to see who is qualified to be the Leader of the Free World. Expose him as the fraud we know he is - a mere celebrity, with a resume as thin as his skin is, a man who has lied and manipulated his way almost to the top.

We're counting on you and your campaign, Mac. Don't hold back, and don't apologize.
