From a woman's point of view. McCain please speak in the present, We got the hard times. What are we going to do until You takes office? President Bush placed you in the negative way with this Wall Street bail out. The independents and undecided waited patiently for the answer that would determine their vote. However issues of the economy especially health care and new jobs left everyone with no solutions and still uncertainty of how these two issues will be incorporated or when by both parties? Creating new jobs are more than rhetoric words. McCain needs to forget the swing states and campaign in the top 10 states impacted with the highest unemployment rate with a solution or at least offer a bail out for the already unemployed with extended benefits. Forget the credit crisis, as a consumer I cannot even buy food when I have no funds to do so and I have never in my lifetime received welfare, medicare or food stamps. I don't know maybe American's don't even qualify? I need to lose weight anyway so having no income will give me the insentive. Yes I'm unemployed and live in a state hit hard South Carolina. People are evaluating their elected representatives and circumstances, which looks pretty grim now! So Republicans and Democrats alike should beware this election will be most challenging. Some most definitely will not serve another term. McCain please keep your focus on the present during these difficult times, people can't see beyond a day let alone 2 months. We have no promise for tomorrow so what's the plan Congress resumes in November? Get R Done

When electing a President, women sometimes think from the heart and decisions are based on other important factors such as character. I can't speak for all, but past and present is very important when you try to evaluate a person. Here's a tip for McCain, Obama mentioned the right's of women and with good reason, which I'm sure was noticed so as you campaign, please don't hesitate to reveal your sensitivity to the rights of women. Your words of appreciation for the working woman will be welcomed as women too love praise! The President should be a representative for all Americans, yet Obama appeals to the liberal especially women because he acknowledges what they consider an oppression of rights rather it be true or false with sympathy? Christian's, however see this election as conservative vs. liberals. Sadly America is no longer united but seriously divided because of the dominated Democrat Congress, which is a strong contrast of Christian values and yet we whisper God Bless America? I hope you will consider my concerns.

People want separation of church and state, yet they expect our government to make moral judgements and pay for it such as abortion. Smoking and gay marriages. I don't call this separation, but violation of a persons rights in their freedom of choice and beliefs. The government has clearly chosen the far liberal while conservative rights have been excluded. Americans need to make their own moral judgement. No law should ever be created that takes a bias side, but should apply to all. Any law legislated for the people must include everyone and if it doesn't? Then this should never be a law, but rather a moral issue of a person's choice and decision. This part really bothers me and I wish you would explain and justify the differences between smoking and alcohol laws? How can our government make a decision that appeases one side while stripping another's right? Examples: smoking vs. alcohol in public. How can our government say secondhand smoking is more dangerous than alcohol and its after affects? And continue to raise the cigarette tax continuously in an effort to ban smoking all together and make smoking illegal or unaffordable? Our government is putting the tobacco industry out of business. I can understand a designated smoke area, but not against the law. Alcohol is never on the table for tax increases, it has its laws, however it neither protects the innocent from death caused by a drunk driver, domestic violence or abuse. It's also damaging to a person's health and creates both mental and physical impairment, yet laws that involve alcohol neither prevents or protects anyone. What hypocrisy. I say if no smoking is allowed then no alcohol either. let's not put another industry out of business and then wonder why America is sliding down hill?

Liberals want America to become a nation of socialism with liberal dominance. Obama's view of spreading the wealth is ridiculous. It doesn't make sense to me that our governments ask people who have the least to bail out the rich and then watch the wealthy throw away our hard earned money. I hope AIG left a tip of $20 to a worker to buy food for their family while they were enjoying their golf and day spa $400,000+ I say return the bail out funds. I personally no longer want my tax dollars to support illegal immigration they have benefits that I don't even have and it's getting worse. I have always been proud to be an American, but our government has placed Americans on the back burner.

Personally I believe lobbyist should be outlawed, their cause does not reflect necessarily the majority of the people but to their profit. I belief people should have their voting power restored for issues that jeopardize an individual right. Break the grid lock in Washington so get real or get out! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to conclude that especially members of Congress and most of our elected representatives are corrupt and disregard the voice of America. When will our Senators and Congress listen? Stop the bogus legislation and work for the people.
