As you can see, the numbers keep getting worse for John McCain. Obama is at his crest right now in terms of electoral votes. Interestingly, several polls show his slight "bounce" from Hillary leaving the race has dissipated to about four points nationally. But the recent state polls, done primarily right after Hillary dropped out, have been moving Obama's way for the most part, thus increasing his electoral vote lead. Let's hope those state polls starting moving back McCain's way just as the national polls are doing.
