False AD about Sarah Palin and Rape victims

I just saw on America Newsroom that Planned Parenthood is running a false ad about Sarah Palin making rape victims pay for their rape kits.
William La Jeunesse tells about it and tells what is false. It is running in WI, VA, and one other western state. La Juenesse said if you google Palin and Rape kits you'll get 600,000 hits even though it is false. Would it be possible for someone to put Mr. La Juenesse's talk in a Video pointing out the lies about it?

I'm curious what the "lies" would be? Because, the fact is that rape victims did have to pay for the kits. The only excuse could be that Palin was unaware of this practice, which is equally embarrassing, considering the size of the town.
