Here is video of Gov. Mike Huckabee, who today in an interview on Fox News Channel said that John McCain could do better than Gov. Mitt Romney as a Vice-Presidential choice. Huckabee was clear that he does not oppose Romney because of his Mormon faith, however, but said that many "values voters" find his inconsistencies on positions over the years to be troubling.

Huckabee is right - Romney cannot help McCain!
Romney has changed his positions on too many important positions to be trusted and is an Republican establishment man in an anti-Republican year. Further, he is insensitive to the issues affecting the working class - this is the block that will turn the election. He is the worst possible pick for McCain. The Dems would salivate at the prospect.
Not THE worst possible pick
Not THE worst possible pick -- Romney -- but not far from it. Ron Paul would be worse.
What about Lieberman?
Here is another name which goes in the opposite direction, but could bolster McCain's stance of " country before party"
Exactly...!
Exactly...!
Perhaps, Ron Paul would inflame more people,
but remember during the primaries that Romney had the highest unfavorable ratings of any of the Republican candidates.
