In answer to a question on Iraq, McCain said the Democrat Formula for Iraq is clear: "Surrender to Al-Qaeda and leave." McCain vowed to never surrender and let that happen. Note: He answers several questions in the video, but makes the Iraq statement at the 2:23 mark.
