If I understand correctly:

Michelle Obama got hired by a hospital not long ago, to keep poor black people out of the emergency ward (and instead getting them to visit doctors' offices -- in a program managed by David Axelrod's company).

Very shortly after Barack Obama announced his run for president, Michelle got a huge raise and her hospital employer got a lot more money from federal government via an earmark.

If the major media will not report the facts about this, is the McCain campaign going to have the fortitude to do it themselves?
