Berg, a Philadelphia Democrat (and Hillary Clinton loyalist) hs filed a lawuit in Federal Court seeking to remove Barack Obama from the ballot, alleging that he was born in Kenya and thus is ineligible to run or, alternatively, that he lost his citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian and went to live in Indonesia.

I endose none of this; Big Mac can defeat Mr. Obama on the readiness issue alone. Still, this lawsuit highights just how marginal a figure Mr. Obama really is on the election scene. That the Democrats could nominate him rather than Hillary Clinton says A LOT about just how hysterically hateful, blind, and, often, ultra Leftist their party has become.
