Redstate.com member, "Absentee", has posted video he took aboard a plane yesterday. He happened to find himself sitting behind former Democratic National Committee Chairman Don Fowler, and John Spratt, a Dem Congressman from South Carolina. I'll let him tell the story from here:

Their conversation was interesting to say the least.

For example, they made fun of Sarah Palin for several minutes, Fowler calling her "Dan Quayle" on steroids and Spratt creatively describing her as "just terrible." They both agreed that, "Other than the simple fact that she's a female," she has nothing to offer.

Then there was this gem of a moment from Fowler:

Aren't you impressed with the compassion of these Democratic leaders who care so much about the people of the Gulf Coast? The GOP should play this video at the upcoming Republican Convention as an example of just how much compassion the Democratic leaders have when they don't know they are being filmed. Seeing their attitude and glee at the coming misfortune of others, somehow I doubt God is on their side.
