After today's "Unity Rally" with Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, some Democrats are making their voices heard on the national scene and saying NO to Barack Obama. I can't recall such an asserted effort to denounce a party's nominee in the past. Perhaps it is just the new age of the internet and cable news that makes it seem more prevalent.
That aside, it does not take away from the fact that there still seems to be a fracture in the Democrat party that,if continued, would certainly shave a few points towards John McCain in November.

Add in Bob Barr's Libertarian run and the race could be even more complex.

At this point in the race these "spinoff" groups may not be a factor but the Democrat convention is two month's away. I have heard several pundits suggest that anything can happen between now and August and I agree.
